About Me:
Hi, My name is Arlene Camacho. I live in the beautiful Lower Hudson Valley, NY. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, so for anyone who knows me personally knows what a change of scene moving was for us.
I started out as a young child writing stories and doodling on just about anything that had blank space (much to my mom's chagrin). I loved watching my grandma sew dresses, curtains, & bedding for us. I dabbled in making arrangements for my home.
I find inspiration in most everything. My Kids (4 teenyterrors), My husband (the love of my life & Best Friend). Work, Music, the written word. I love feeling inspired and inspiring others!
Objective:
My main purpose in life is to create something meaningful. In every creation, there is a purpose. To inspire, to record events, to incite deep thoughts, or even to make someone laugh. Mainly just for fun! I often have design in mind, what products to use, how to make it fresh and new, how to make someone else want to try it as well. My creative style is mainly distressing, but I have been known to deviate towards other styles as my mood and inspiration leads me.
